How? 40ft by 100ft greenhouses. Three sides and the floor is waterproof, fireresistant, structurally strong thermal concrete- 2/3rds recycled styrofoam and 1/3rd stucco mix.

The front and roof are high strength polycarbonate plastic roofing- clear.

The greenhouses are built with a Post structure with the metal posts connected to the rafters as a heat conduit system that includes the low-pressure slow flow water from raceways through the radiant floor system.

Inside the horseshoe greenhouse water raceways control temperatures for polyculture- fish and plants. It can alternate with warm and cool climate. Perch with avacado and trout with celery per example.

The facility would be energy free except for the months of Dec-Jan when a water heater would augment the circulation of water above and below through a filter system from the inside perimeter raceways. Solar fans would control other month temperatures.

Aerial fog misting would substitute for watering systems. Everything in the facility would be styrofoam waterproof concrete with the raceways painted in epoxy as aquaculture raceways are done.

12ft walls would permit 3 shelves of produce above the fish raceways. The primary advantage of this new space-age applicaton of simple technology is that most foods could be grown locally with the abundance exported.

This includes tropical foods like avacados and figs. As well as advances in hydroponics. All styrofoam can be taken from recycling and other can be made cheaply in coated beads.

An enviornment would exist for intensive cultivation in aquaculture and polyculture.
